Deep Bhandari is a veteran of the pharma industry with close to three decades of experience in the sector. Having worked at various locations across India, he brings with him a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the pharma market in commercial excellence and business model and a passionate global leadership development trainer and an executive coach.

He has been entrusted with various profiles in his career, most notably as Head of Sales and then General Manager MSO (Marketing and Sales Operation) Novartis, where he got the opportunity to enforce his ideas on sales and management training, sales force effectiveness and organization development through marketing science, competitive intelligence and strategic projects.

In the last three decades he has worked extensively in experimental sales setups using different business models including experimentation with contractual sales force and sales performance management system. He was instrumental in designing FLM effectiveness roadmap and framework, this model has now become a global standard and best practice in Novartis. He has devised various business models including dealing with contractual business organizations in developing rural markets. He is one of the pioneers in dealing with contractual sales organization in pharma industry.
