Degree in Physics from  Complutense University. Executive MBA from Instituto de Empresa. Started her career in Consulting (AMS) where performs
numerous projects in European telecommunications companies. Later works at a cable operator as leading the  
interconnection and new products and servicesareas  . In the mobile operator Yoigo was Director of Customer Management (credit, collections, risk, fraud, billing). In 2002
joins Vodafone  leading outsourcing and offshoring strategies and  in England, where temporary works,
defining the customer management strategy of the company and . She recently worked on Commercial Operations Group leading efficiency initiatives for the 14
European operators in Vodafone.
Since 2015 ,she isHead of Consumer Service (segmentation and attention model, operations centers of consumer customers, offshore operations, Retail C.C.Support, claims management and churn prevention).
